よくある質問

サポートIDはどこで確認できますか？

アプリのホーム画面の右上の歯車（設定）を開くと、下の方に「サポートID」（例: AB12-CD34）が表示されています。お問い合わせの際にお知らせください。

コインを購入したのに増えていません

まずアプリを一度終了して、もう一度開いてください。それでも増えていない場合は、サポートIDと、Apple から届いた領収書メールの「注文番号」（MLから始まる番号）を添えてお問い合わせください。購入を確認したうえで補填します。

機種変更したらデータが消えました

同じ Apple ID で iCloud にサインインしていれば、アプリを入れて起動すると進み具合とコインが戻ります。戻らない場合は、新しい端末と前の端末のサポートIDを添えてお問い合わせください（前の端末のサポートIDが分からなくても、お問い合わせいただければお調べします）。

ライフとは何ですか？

捕まるとライフが1つ減り、20分ごとに1つ回復します（最大5つ）。クリアや「最初から」では減りません。広告かコインで続けると、減ったライフは戻ります。ライフが0のときは、広告を見ると全回復できます。

データを削除したい

サポートIDを添えて、お問い合わせから「データの削除の依頼」をお送りください。サーバーにあるデータを削除します。端末内のデータは、アプリを削除すると消去されます。

Where can I find my support ID?

Open the gear (Settings) at the top right of the home screen. Your support ID (for example, AB12-CD34) is shown near the bottom. Please include it when you contact us.

I bought coins but they did not arrive

Close the App and open it again. If the coins still have not arrived, contact us with your support ID and the order ID (starting with ML) from Apple's receipt email. We will confirm the purchase and add the coins.

My data was lost after changing devices

If you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID, your progress and coins come back when you install and open the App. If they do not, contact us with the support IDs of your new and previous devices (if you do not know the previous one, contact us anyway and we will look it up).

What are lives?

You lose one life when you are caught, and one life comes back every 20 minutes (max 5). Clearing a stage or restarting does not cost a life. If you continue with an ad or coins, the life comes back. When you are out of lives, you can watch an ad to refill them.

I want my data deleted

Send a "Data deletion request" from the contact form with your support ID. We will delete your data on our server. Data on your device is removed when you delete the App.
