利用規約
本規約は、パズルゲーム「Path Escape」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、敵に捕まらないように道を進んで出口を目指したり、敵を追い詰めたりするパズルゲームです。基本的な遊びは無料で、広告の表示とアプリ内課金（コインの購入）があります。
2. コインとアイテム
- コインとアイテムは、本アプリの中でだけ使えるもので、現金や他のサービスのポイントなどと交換することはできません。
- 購入したコインは、法令で定められている場合を除き、払い戻しや返金はできません。購入の返金については、Apple の定める手続きに従います。
- 購入したコインが反映されない場合は、お問い合わせいただければ、購入を確認したうえで補填します。
- 不正な方法で入手したコインやアイテムは、取り消すことがあります。
3. ライフと広告
本アプリには、捕まったときに減り、時間とともに回復する「ライフ」があります。広告の視聴による回復やコンティニューなどは、広告が配信されている場合に利用できます。広告の配信状況によっては、利用できないことがあります。
4. データについて
ゲームのデータは、端末と iCloud に保存され、提供者のサーバーにも写しが保存されます。データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めます。端末の故障や iCloud を利用していない状態での機種変更などでデータが失われた場合、提供者のサーバーに残っている範囲で復元に協力しますが、すべてを復元できることは保証しません。
5. 禁止事項
- 本アプリやサーバーの改ざん、解析、不正な通信を送る行為
- 不正な手段でコインやアイテムを入手する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為
- 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
6. 権利の帰属
本アプリおよびそのデザイン、絵、文章、音楽、効果音などの権利は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 免責
- 提供者は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、すべての端末で動作することを保証しません。
- 提供者は、事前の予告なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、提供者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、提供者は責任を負いません。
8. 規約の変更
提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更します。変更後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。ただし、利用者の居住国の強行法規が優先される場合はこの限りではありません。

Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using the puzzle game "Path Escape" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. About the App
The App is a puzzle game in which you move along paths to reach the exit without being caught, or corner the enemies. The core game is free, with advertisements and in-app purchases (coins).
2. Coins and Items
- Coins and items can be used only within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or for points of other services.
- Purchased coins are not refundable except as required by law. Refunds of purchases follow Apple's procedures.
- If purchased coins are not delivered, contact us and we will compensate them after confirming the purchase.
- Coins or items obtained by improper means may be revoked.
3. Lives and Ads
The App has "lives" that decrease when you are caught and recover over time. Features such as recovering lives or continuing by watching an ad are available when ads are being served, and may be unavailable depending on ad availability.
4. Your Data
Game data is stored on your device and in iCloud, and a copy is stored on our server. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. If data is lost, for example because a device breaks or you change devices without iCloud, we will help restore it as far as it remains on our server, but we do not guarantee a full restore.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Tampering with or reverse engineering the App or the server, or sending improper requests
- Obtaining coins or items by improper means
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Any conduct that violates laws or public order
6. Intellectual Property
Rights to the App and its design, artwork, text, music, and sound effects belong to the provider or the rightful owners.
7. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the App is free of bugs or works on every device.
- We may change the App or end its service without prior notice.
- We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms as needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
