プライバシーポリシー
本ポリシーは、パズルゲーム「Path Escape」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用時に、本アプリの提供者（以下「提供者」）が取り扱う情報について説明するものです。
1. 取り扱う情報
- ゲームの進み具合（クリアしたステージ、★の数、ミッションの達成状況など）、コインとアイテムの数、ライフ、設定
- 本アプリが端末ごとに作成する識別子（ランダムな端末ID）と、それにひも付くサポートID
- 遊んだ記録（ステージの開始・クリア・失敗、ヒントやアイテムの利用、広告の視聴、コインの増減など）
- アプリ内課金の記録（商品、取引ID、購入日時、Apple が発行する購入情報）
- アプリの版、言語の設定
- 広告の配信に伴い、広告事業者が取得する情報（後述）
氏名、住所、電話番号などの、個人を直接特定する情報を本アプリが取得することはありません。お問い合わせの際に入力いただいたメールアドレスは、返信のためにのみ利用します。
2. 利用目的
- ゲームの進み具合やコインを保存し、復元するため
- お問い合わせへの対応（データの確認、購入が反映されない場合の補填、機種変更時のデータ移行など）のため
- 不正な購入や不正な利用を防ぐため
- ゲームの難しさの調整や不具合の修正など、本アプリを改善するため（統計として利用します）
- 広告を表示するため
3. データの保存場所
- 端末内: ゲームの進み具合、コイン、アイテム、設定などは端末に保存されます。
- iCloud: iCloud にサインインしている場合、進み具合とコイン・アイテムを Apple の iCloud に保存し、同じ Apple ID の端末どうしで同期します。
- 提供者のサーバー: 端末ID、サポートID、セーブデータの写し、遊んだ記録、購入の記録を、提供者が利用するクラウドサービス（Fly.io）上のサーバーに送信し、保存します。通信は暗号化されています。
4. アプリ内課金
アプリ内課金の決済は Apple により処理されます。提供者がクレジットカードなどの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入が正しいものかを確かめ、反映されない場合に補填するため、取引ID などの購入情報を Apple から受け取り、提供者のサーバーに記録します。
5. 広告について
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信や効果の測定のために、端末の情報（広告識別子、IP アドレス、端末の種類、OS の版など）や広告の表示・操作に関する情報を取得することがあります。
- iPhone の「トラッキングの許可」を求める画面で許可した場合、広告識別子（IDFA）が、興味に合った広告の表示に使われることがあります。許可しない場合は、興味に基づかない広告が表示されます。この設定は、iPhone の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

6. 第三者提供
提供者は、取り扱う情報を販売することはありません。上記の Apple（アプリ内課金・iCloud）、Google（広告）、Fly.io（サーバー）への送信のほか、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。
7. 保存期間と削除
- 遊んだ記録は、送信から約6か月で削除します。
- セーブデータの写しと購入の記録は、お問い合わせ対応のため保存し、削除のご依頼があった場合は削除します。
- 提供者のサーバーにあるデータの削除を希望される場合は、アプリの設定画面に表示されるサポートIDを添えて、お問い合わせください。端末内と iCloud のデータは、本アプリを削除することで消去できます。
8. お子さまの利用
本アプリは幅広い年齢の方に遊んでいただけるゲームですが、13歳未満のお子さまを主な対象とするものではありません。保護者の方で、お子さまの情報の取り扱いについてご心配な点がある場合は、お問い合わせください。
9. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定します。改定後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the provider of the puzzle game "Path Escape" (the "App") handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Handle
- Game progress (cleared stages, stars, missions), coin and item balances, lives, and settings
- A random device identifier created by the App and the support ID linked to it
- Gameplay records (stage starts, clears and failures, hint and item use, ad views, coin changes)
- In-app purchase records (product, transaction ID, purchase date, and purchase information issued by Apple)
- App version and language setting
- Information collected by the advertising provider when ads are shown (see below)
The App does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, address, or phone number. An email address you enter when contacting us is used only to reply to you.
2. How Information Is Used
- To save and restore your progress and coins
- To respond to support requests (checking your data, compensating purchases that were not delivered, transferring data to a new device)
- To prevent fraudulent purchases and misuse
- To improve the App, such as adjusting difficulty and fixing bugs (used as statistics)
- To show advertisements
3. Where Data Is Stored
- On your device: progress, coins, items, and settings.
- iCloud: if you are signed in to iCloud, progress, coins, and items are stored in Apple's iCloud and synced between devices using the same Apple ID.
- Our server: the device identifier, support ID, a copy of your save data, gameplay records, and purchase records are sent to and stored on a server hosted on a cloud service (Fly.io). Communication is encrypted.
4. In-App Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details such as credit card information. To verify purchases and to compensate purchases that were not delivered, we receive purchase information such as the transaction ID from Apple and record it on our server.
5. Advertising
The App shows ads using Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect device information (such as the advertising identifier, IP address, device model, and OS version) and information about ad views and interactions to deliver and measure ads.
- If you allow tracking when the App asks, your advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to show ads based on your interests. If you do not allow it, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings app.

6. Sharing
We do not sell your information. Apart from sending it to Apple (in-app purchases and iCloud), Google (advertising), and Fly.io (server hosting) as described above, we do not share it with third parties except as required by law.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Gameplay records are deleted about six months after they are sent.
- Copies of save data and purchase records are kept for support purposes and are deleted upon request.
- To request deletion of your data on our server, contact us with the support ID shown in the App's settings screen. Data on your device and in iCloud can be removed by deleting the App.
8. Children
The App can be enjoyed by people of many ages, but it is not primarily directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about how your child's information is handled, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
