By using GlowCam ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
GlowCam is a personal progress photo tracking app. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for all content you create and share using the app.
GlowCam offers optional one-time purchases (Lite and Pro plans) to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
The app, its design, and its code are the property of the developer. You retain full ownership of all photos and content you create using the app.
GlowCam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

GlowCam（以下「本アプリ」）を使用することで、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、個人の経過写真を記録するためのアプリです。適法な目的であれば自由にご利用いただけます。本アプリを使用して作成・共有したコンテンツについてはお客様の責任となります。
本アプリは追加機能を解除するための買い切り型課金（Lite・Pro）を提供しています。すべての購入は Apple を通じて処理され、Apple の利用規約が適用されます。購入の返金は、適用法令または Apple の返金ポリシーに基づく場合を除き、原則としてお受けできません。
本アプリのデザインおよびコードは開発者に帰属します。本アプリを使用して作成した写真やコンテンツの所有権はお客様に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる種類の保証もいたしません。動作の中断やエラーがないことを保証するものではありません。端末に保存されたデータの損失について、当方は責任を負いません。
法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、本アプリの使用から生じる間接的、偶発的、または結果的損害について、当方は責任を負わないものとします。
本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
